MinerU
open-sourceLocal document parsing for agents, from PDFs and scans to Markdown
About
MinerU, from OpenDataLab, is a command-line document reader for agents. It parses PDFs (including scans and academic papers), images, Office files, HTML, EPUB and CSV into Markdown, HTML, LaTeX, DOCX or structured JSON, with four quality tiers and stable page and block locators for citations. Parsing is local unless you choose remote mode, and the default install runs on CPU. Licensed under the MinerU Open Source License, based on Apache 2.0 with added terms for very large companies and attribution for online services.
